Maxi Guard comes in Black or White covers and a wide range of sizes.
Reduce risks in your chosen sport. Breasts, ribs, sternum are all covered with the very flexible, yet very strong (virtually unbreakable) polyethylene guard. The Maxi Guard protector is held firmly in place with the especially designed Maxi Guard cover with two front panels made of High Tech, two way stretch ?stay dry? *Tactel?.
This fabric encourages movement of moisture, to speed evaporation, which is the body's natural cooling method. (If a bra is worn under the Maxi Guard, we recommend it be of a synthetic fabric type for the same reason.)

The Maxi Guard cover has plenty of stretch so the cover is fitted first, then the guard is inserted between the front layers of fabric, and removed after competition or training, to further aid cooling.

Correct fit of the Maxi Guard.
Correct fit of the Maxi Guard is important. To select correct guard size, refer to size chart. Measure chest size under bust. Cup size should be the same as your standard bra. If in doubt try one cup size down.
Select the correct cover from the chart. We strongly recommend that if another bra is worn under the cover then it be only of the thin synthetic textile type so that it does not absorb moisture, but allows the moisture to move and evaporate.
If you wear a heavy padded bra under the Maxi Guard cover you may need the next larger cup size.
The guard is easily fitted into the vest (sport bra). Apply vest, then fit guard. Remove guard after competition or training to further aid cooling.
The instruction book included with all Maxi Guard?s have details for final shaping of the guard if needed.
